BFT – 37150P One-component Polyurea Waterproof Coating is a high-performance elastomer composed of prepolymer, chain extender, color paste and additives. In addition to the high physical and mechanical properties of two-component products, one-component polyurea coatings have high adhesion to most substrates. Because the coating gels slowly, it can be applied by hand or mechanically sprayed over a large area, eventually it can solidify into a highly elastic, tough and abrasion-resistant coating.
